BRANDIE DOLLAR-PULS President - CEO
Brandie Dollar-Puls is CEO of D&J Properties and has been instrumental in purchasing and developing properties located in Colorado, as well as Tampa. She is judicious regarding commercial and residential properties. Mrs. Dollar-Puls recognizes the ups and downs of property values. Recently, Mrs. Dollar-Puls has incorporated a new company, Force 10 USA Homes, Inc. She serves as President/CEO. Force 10 USA Homes, Inc. is a construction project designed to help solve environmental threats such as hurricanes, damaging winds, and earthquakes in North America and other parts of the world.

Mrs. Dollar- Puls and four other partners, one being her husband John, were presented with an opportunity in 2004, to purchase Carambola Beach Resort. They incorporated JS Management, LLC, currently undergoing a $17.7 million dollar renovation that has qualified as a Marriott Renaissance hotel franchise. Mrs. Dollar-Puls' vision to purchase the additional acreage will augment the value of this project. When developed in concert, these three properties nestled in a valley on the north coast of St. Croix fronting the Caribbean Sea, will be an oasis to visit.



JOHN L. PULS Chairman
In 1994 John Puls was the Senior Vice President and a founding member, along with his wife, Brandie, and two other founding members of First Florida International Holdings d/b/a FFI Health Services, a prescription benefit management (PBM) company. While managing the corporate headquarters of FFI Health Services, they grew the business from zero to $80 Million dollars in sales in a short six years. In June, 2000, FFI was sold to Advance PCS, a publicly-traded company for a figure in excess of 12 times EBITA.

Mr. Puls is an active member of the Tampa Bay community, having served on the Board of Ultra Medix, a Florida HMO, member of the Florida Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of City of Tampa Recreation department. He is member of Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club in Tampa and serves on its Insurance Committee. John brings considerable sales and marketing expertise to Force10USA

Mr. Puls currently serves as CEO of Advance Benefits, a Florida corporation which provides affordable healthcare to its members.



PETER LEHRKE Vice President of Manufacturing
Peter Lehrke is a Production Engineer by profession. Prior to becoming a consultant, Peter Lehrke worked in the engineering and mass manufacturing of rigid and polyurethane foam; engineering, metal industries; and sheet metal and finishing industries. Mr. Lehrke held positions such as Production Manager, Production Engineer, Engineering Manager, Special Projects Manager and Quality Manager.

Mr. Lehrke has worked for Force 10 Australia since 1989 and has been involved in implementing ISO 9001 compliant management systems, overseen the world wide testing for the Force 10 Building System and was instrumental in setting up the Australian and the United Arab Emirates manufacturing facilities. Mr. Lehrke brings technical and manufacturing knowledge to the Force 10 USA Homes, Inc. team.



ROBERT W. DOLLAR Vice President Construction & Manufacturing
Robert (Bob) Dollar is a Florida State certified General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Roofing Contractor and holds First Class Engineers Licenses. Mr. Dollar worked with Sears Roebuck and Company for 26 years and was responsible for project management of construction projects. Since 1994, Mr. Dollar has managed First Florida Construction and Remodelers, concentrating on commercial and residential development. He brings considerable construction knowledge to the Force 10 USA Homes, Inc. team.



R. TODD DOLLAR Vice President of Construction Training and Quality Assurance
R. Todd Dollar previously was an owner in American Construction Experts, Inc., a Florida-based general contracting business, specializing in commercial segmental block, concrete foundations and retaining wall project estimating and materials pricing and cost analyst. He also has over 12 years experience in general construction and remodeling. Mr. Dollar joined the Force 10 USA Homes, Inc. team as a General Contractor/Project Manager and worked with the Force 10 International contractors in Australia, becoming a Force 10 Certified Builder in late 2007. Mr. Dollar heads up the Force 10 Contractor Training and Quality Assurance division as well as assisting in marketing and client development efforts.



JOY BRINLEY Director of Administration
Joy Brinley is a resourceful executive professional with more than 20 years experience in business administration and management. She has overseen the daily operations of the corporate and billing office of a 50+ physician practice, serving as coordinator and liaison for the physicians with corporate attorneys and accountants regarding acquisitions, new business contracting/due diligence and other corporate business development and management issues. She served as facility project manager for a $2 million building renovation project, implementing value engineering and managing a budget while maintaining project timeline.



RACHEL D. MYOTT Marketing Coordinator
Rachel Myott has worked in Sales and Marketing for over seven years, specializing in Finance and Money Management consulting. Ms. Myott's prior experience was as a Loan Originator in New York. In 2004, she relocated to Tampa, Florida and started her own business as a Certified Closing Agent. She built her business based on innovative marketing strategies and providing superior customer service. She brings those skills to Force 10 USA Homes, Inc. Her knowledge of the real estate market allows her to successfully develop marketing techniques and presentations specific to the target markets for Force 10 USA Homes, Inc.: developers, architects, contractors and home buyers. She is responsible for planning, promotion, and public relations marketing for Force 10 USA Homes, Inc.
